Job Description:

Shift Supervisor Trainee is an entry-level role aimed at preparing employees for supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Responsibilities include supporting management, supervising team activities, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring store operations run smoothly. Qualified candidates will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and scheduling flexibility.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store’s crew
effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture
handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
maintain customer/patient confidentiality

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule (including early morning, overnight, and weekends)
ability to work overtime as needed

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
high school diploma or equivalent
