We have an exciting Locum Social Worker opportunity within a dedicated Integrated Adult Community Team based in the Trafford, Greater Manchester area. Job Responsibility:

Provide essential support to older people in the community with mental health issues, physical and learning disabilities
Conduct Care Act assessments, develop and review care plans
Manage a complex caseload while ensuring individuals receive the support they need

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar social work setting
Diploma/Degree in Social Work
Registered with Social Work England
Proven experience handling complex cases, Care Act assessments, and DSTs
