Proficient in Litigation Paralegal practices and procedures
Experience in Complex Business Litigation is required
Knowledge of and experience in Litigation - Defense is necessary

Job Responsibility

Work closely with the legal team to prepare for trials
Draft and prepare legal documents for review
Support the legal team in administrative tasks related to litigation
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
Ensure all legal practices and procedures comply with legal regulations and standards
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and legal representatives as needed
