Job Description:

As the Sr. Sales Resource Coordinator, you are the primary liaison between a team of field sales representatives and commercial operations support resources. Full-time hybrid role requiring candidates to work onsite in Charleston, SC three days a week and remotely on two days.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and distribute product quotes to sales reps
  • Order entry for infrastructure projects
  • Follow up on orders, update dates and products when needed
  • Liaison with Product Managers, Order Expedite Team, Planning, Shipping, and others at all plants to ensure orders meet expectations
  • Communicate key order changes to the appropriate field team members
  • Determine alternative solutions to accommodate various requests from field using knowledge of system and processes
  • Partner with cross functional teams when order has specified delivery date outside of normal lead times to expedite when needed
  • Partner with Operations and Production Planning
  • Research Contract Pricing, SKU’s, Promotional Pricing, and other quote details
  • Communicate GPO contract quotes and terms and follow up with Contract Admin team on master data
  • Provide details on product promotions and facilitate credit returns
  • New hire training as required

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years customer service experience in a similar capacity
  • Solid knowledge in SAP, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce.com
  • Experience with quote generation and order processing tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail and planning skills and time management skills
