The Technology consultant provides technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams and is responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers’ businesses. As trusted advisor creates and maintains effective customer relationships so as to insure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams
  • Provide technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions
  • Verify and implement detailed technical design solutions
  • Provide technical design for enterprise solutions
  • Provide advanced technical consulting and advice on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning, and modification of solutions
  • Deploy customer technology solutions using various industry products and technologies
  • Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within a community

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting SIEM and PAM solutions in enterprise environments
