Are you an organised and detail-oriented Administrator seeking an exciting temporary opportunity? Our client, a respected private English Education company, is seeking a proactive Temporary HR Administrator to support their team through key transition phases. If you have a knack for managing systems and enjoy engaging with diverse individuals, this could be the role for you!

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate the process of system changes, specifically focusing on the School Central Record (SCR) management
Upload and digitise paper files into the centralised system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Visit various schools to gather necessary documentation and support the implementation of the new systems
Contribute to large-scale projects, collaborating with team members to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

Previous experience in HR administration or a related field
Familiarity with handling large projects and organisational changes
Proficiency in uploading and managing data in electronic systems
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to visit schools and build positive relationships
