Temporary Medical Administrator

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic/hospital
• Schedule and manage patient appointments using our electronic health records system
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, in a medical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• A friendly and approachable demeanor
• Enhanced DBS check (required)
