This position will focus on clerical tasks related to payment services and member account maintenance. While banking or financial experience is preferred — including Teller experience — it is not required. This is a full-time, temporary position through the end of October in Latham, NY.
Job Responsibility:
Tracking compromised cards
Sending letters to affected members
Closing out compromised cards
Verifying the accuracy of new cards in the system
Processing cardholder disputes
Handling card maintenance and order requests
Managing returned mail
Maintaining and updating member account records
Generating and mailing member notifications
Requirements:
Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in data entry and recordkeeping
Strong communication and organizational skills
