This role involves managing accounts in Belgium, focusing on public sector and FSI, building relationships with clients, and promoting Aruba's solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be responsible for a defined set of accounts in Belgium (with a focus on Flanders region) with weight on public sector and FSI
  • seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities
  • build and manage the pipeline in specialty area
  • establish a professional, working, and consultative relationship with the client
  • competitively position company solutions to meet client needs
  • interface with internal and external/industry experts
  • maintain knowledge of competitors in accounts to strategically position Aruba's products and services
  • maintain a strong relationship with HPE Aruba’s partner ecosystem
  • achieve or overachieve assigned quota

Requirements:

  • University, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education/experience
  • typically, at least 3-5 years Sales experience within the IT industry
  • IT Security/Networking sales experience preferred
  • self-driven and a Team player
  • very good communication and presentation skills
  • accountability for achieving business results
  • ability to understand customer's business issues and translate creatively to the company's solutions
  • native speaker in Dutch language, business fluent language skills in French and English
