1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the CrawlJobs Ltd website ("Website"), available at crawljobs.com.

1.3. By using the Website, users agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

2. Access and User Accounts

2.1. The Website is publicly accessible, and anyone may browse job listings and other publicly available content.

2.2. Two types of accounts may be created:

  • Employer accounts, for company representatives and institutional employees, used to post and manage job listings. A company name and a business email address are required.
  • Job-seeker accounts, for individuals, created with an email address and a password or via Google sign-in (an optional display name may be provided). These are used to track applications, manage a Premium subscription, and contact us.

2.3. Users must provide only true and up-to-date information during registration.

2.4. It is prohibited to use the Website in any manner that disrupts its operation, violates the rights of other users, or breaches applicable laws.

2.5. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting a job-seeker account also removes the data associated with it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Data Collection and Processing

3.1. Data collected by the Website is used solely for:

  • Providing access to the platform's services,
  • Communicating with registered company representatives,
  • Analyzing website traffic to improve its functionality and user experience.

3.2. Data is not used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the user.

4. AI Job Crawler and Job Listings

4.1. CrawlJobs Ltd uses an AI-powered crawler to automatically collect job listings from company websites. While we make every effort to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection, some job postings may be missed due to technical limitations.

4.2. If a job posting is not listed on our platform, companies may report the missing job via our contact form.

4.3. The AI crawler typically scans company websites once per day. However, for companies that publish job listings infrequently, the scan may occur as rarely as once per week.

4.4. Our crawler may not be able to process job listings on websites that use client-side rendering technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue. In such cases, companies must provide a direct link to a server-rendered job listing page.

4.5. We do not guarantee that all job listing details will be captured accurately. Companies have the option to review, update, and report any inaccuracies so we can improve our AI model.

4.6. CrawlJobs Ltd is not responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, or delays in job listings published on our platform. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any job postings. Employers are responsible for verifying the correctness of job listings, and job seekers should confirm details directly with the hiring company before making any decisions. CrawlJobs Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from reliance on the information provided on our platform.

5. Cookies

5.1. The Website uses cookies only for analytical purposes through Google Analytics.

5.2. Users can manage cookies through their browser settings.

6. Data Security

6.1. CrawlJobs Ltd has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure user data security.

6.2. Data is stored in a secure environment and protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction.

7. User Rights

7.1. In accordance with GDPR and UK GDPR, users have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate data,

8. Data Transfers

9.1. CrawlJobs Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms of Use. Any changes will be published on the Website with the updated effective date.

9.2. In case of significant changes, users will be notified via a website notice or email.

10. Premium Subscriptions, Payments and Right of Withdrawal

10.1. CrawlJobs Ltd offers paid Premium subscriptions for job seekers and paid plans for employers. Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars and billed on a recurring basis (monthly, every 6 months, or annually, depending on the chosen plan).

10.2. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account ("Manage subscription") or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time.

10.3. Right of withdrawal. Premium is a digital service supplied immediately. By purchasing a subscription you expressly request that the service begins immediately and you acknowledge that, once performance has begun, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This is provided for under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (regulations 37 and 38) and Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Accordingly, all payments are non-refundable, including for any unused period, on every plan.

10.4. Nothing in this section affects your mandatory statutory rights where a paid service is faulty, not as described, or not supplied.

10.5. Prices and plan features may change. Any change applies only to future billing periods and, where required by law, will be communicated in advance.

10.6. Complimentary Premium access granted by CrawlJobs Ltd at its discretion carries no payment, creates no subscription, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. Matters not covered by these Terms of Use are subject to the laws of England and Wales.
