We are looking for a Head of Social Media with solid experience in managing teams and developing social media strategies for one of our clients. In this role, you will coordinate all social media projects, ensuring effective communication between the agency and clients, as well as harmonious collaboration with internal departments. Responsabilități:

Coordinating and supervising the Social Media team in implementing campaigns and managing projects
creating social media strategies for clients and coordinating campaigns from concept to execution
developing new business opportunities for existing clients and attracting new partnerships
monitoring campaign performance and proposing optimizations to maximize results
negotiating offers and contracts with service providers (bloggers, influencers, external partners)
training and coaching the Social Media team
managing project budgets and supervising implementations
coordinating with other departments for efficient integration of campaigns
organizing internal/external meetings to handle unforeseen situations

Cerințe:

Minimum 5 years in social media, marketing digital
university degree in marketing, communication or PR
expertise in strategy and management of social media
leadership, organization and planning skills
capacity for communication, negotiation and efficient relationships
analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
ability to manage crisis situations and make quick decisions
experience with social media tools and data analysis
advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
