Develop and execute the company's big data and intelligent strategy, work closely with business units to identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends and apply them to the company's business to maintain industry leadership
Lead the design and construction of a company-level big data platform to ensure data security, reliability and scalability
Establish a data governance framework, formulate data standards and management specifications, and ensure data quality and consistency
Lead the development and deployment of intelligent solutions, such as optimizing seismic data processing and improving exploration success rates
Use predictive models to optimize reservoir development plans
Use IoT and sensor technology for monitoring and maintenance
Optimize supply chain management, logistics transportation, and sales forecasts
Realize intelligent decision-making capabilities for key decision points
Build and manage a high-performance team to attract and retain top talents
Create an innovative and collaborative team culture.
要求:
Master degree or above in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics or related majors
More than 10 years of experience in big data, artificial intelligence or related fields, more than 5 years of team management experience
Candidates with experience in the oil and gas industry are preferred
Proficient in big data technology stacks, such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka, etc.
Familiar with machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, etc.
Possess data analysis and data visualization capabilities, and be able to transform complex data into easy-to-understand insights
Familiar with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
