Verantwortlichkeiten:

Posting invoices
Forwarding invoices for signature and monitoring returns
Creating new vendors in the system
Being a point of contact for employees
Collaborating with colleagues and supporting forecast preparation, month-end, and year-end closings
Corresponding with international guests and external companies

Anforderungen:

Experience in accounting or front office
Completed commercial training or equivalent
Proficiency in German and English
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Affinity for numbers
