Verantwortlichkeiten:

forming, preparing, and executing shunting, blocking, and train movements, especially in the context of construction measures
supporting locomotive drivers, for example, in observing the route or assembling trains in shunting facilities
shunting work in the area of connecting tracks and loading points as well as load securing and wagon technical inspection
connecting brake systems on the train, conducting brake tests and visual inspections, and handling freight and accompanying documents
adhering to time and quality specifications as well as applicable accident prevention regulations on the construction site

Anforderungen:

successfully completed vocational training in a recognized profession, ideally as a train conductor or shunting escort
possession of the qualification for train conductor/supervisor for construction, brake test approval for locomotive-hauled trains and wagon inspector, ideally TWb level 3
willingness for regular deployment with nationwide assembly (shift work), including weekends and holidays
willingness to learn necessary operating licenses for corresponding techniques and series
valid class B driver's license
high degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and safety awareness
