Opportunity at the dual-brand hotel Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel connecting two premium brands. Role provides operational support in the banquet and event space, handling organization and coordination of events and ensuring quality service for international guests.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Supporting the Banquet Manager in operational banquet and event business
being the point of contact for employees, colleagues, and international guests regarding operational event matters
coordinating, overseeing, and implementing various events
ensuring smooth service operations
preparing events for international guests in collaboration with the Event Sales Team
managing meetings and events with hundreds of international guests
handling control and organization of administrative tasks
ensuring compliance with hygiene standards

Anforderungen:

Multiple years of experience in a similar position or a gastronomy training
strong communication skills
fluency in German and English
ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations
willingness to learn and develop every day
ability to work as part of a family-like and ambitious team
