Jobbeschreibung:

The role involves providing assistance and technical coordination for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH, covering internal services, employee onboarding, IT administration, and support for technical projects.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Internal support and service functions in the technical unit Fahrbahn
onboarding new employees and developing existing concepts
organization and implementation of location-specific measures and projects
ordering IT products for managers through purchasing processes and administering access rights
maintaining IT roles for application processes and managing departmental IT requirements
monitoring proper usage and technical condition of work equipment and devices, issuing hardware, IT onboarding, and user training
monitoring IT costs and deriving optimization potential.

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training, e.g., office clerk, clerical communication clerk, or industrial clerk
professional experience in assistance/coordinator roles
ideally knowledge of company-specific IT and communication technology
good IT knowledge, particularly in MS Office
strong analytical skills and effective, goal-oriented working methods
high grasping ability and independent working style
commitment, willingness to perform, and flexibility.

Wünschenswert:

Completion of technician training
knowledge of company-specific IT and communication technology.
