The 2-year training program to become a train traffic controller (w/m/d) starts on September 1, 2025, at DB InfraGO AG in Würzburg. After the practical training, there is an opportunity to further qualify as a specialist in railway operations within two years, reaching a level equivalent to a bachelor's degree.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Observing and controlling train traffic
operating switches and light signals
communicating with train drivers
ensuring safe and smooth train traffic
coordinating with colleagues and control centers

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of (Fach-)Abitur
recently enrolled at a technical college or university
concentrated and reliable work style
willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
communication skills and teamwork
