Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves project management for the construction of traffic facilities and structural engineering works, including the creation of an overpass structure (bridge), as part of the major project 2. S-Bahn main line in Munich.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Project management for construction measures
Ensuring quality, budget, and timely planning and realization of construction measures
Continuous dialogue with clients, construction companies, and authorities
Coordination of contract-compliant execution of commissioned services
Preparation of tender and award documents
Management of engineering and construction contracts
Application for public-law approvals
Calculation and tracking of schedules and project costs
Examination and evaluation of supplements
Steering of official and expert acceptances
Development of scenarios and countermeasures in case of target endangerment
Active interface management with internal/external project participants

Anforderungen:

Bauingenieur:in or Wirtschaftsingenieur:in with a focus on construction
Professional experience in construction project management, preferably in traffic facilities and/or structural engineering/bridge construction
Knowledge of contract and construction law (HOAI, VOB)
Experience with relevant project management tools (MS Project, iTWO)
Analytical and technical thinking skills
Communication skills, confident demeanor, assertiveness
Reliable and independent work style
