To realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, stations, tracks, and signaling systems, more than 10,000 engineers are currently working for us - far from enough. As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that remains: the infrastructure for future generations.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

responsible for timely and technically correct processing of maintenance of assigned facilities
economic evaluation of implemented measures from a cost-benefit perspective
conduct inspections including assessment in SAP R/3 network and qualified planning of measures
commission and supervise construction measures in the assigned area including acceptance and commissioning
analyze facility failures and facility-specific weaknesses for further planning of countermeasures
responsible for technical and disciplinary leadership of employees in the assigned district including education, junior staff, and succession planning
security monitoring and planning

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in civil engineering or certified industrial master in track construction or track construction master with several years of professional experience within InfraGo AG
secure handling of common IT applications
ideally experience with SAP/R3 network maintenance software
economic thinking and action
high degree of initiative
willingness to acquire extensive knowledge in railway-specific track superstructure
goal-oriented working style
reliability
high sense of responsibility
assertiveness
conflict resolution skills
ideally a valid class B driver's license
suitability for working in the track area
