Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of rail infrastructure in a designated district, including maintenance and inspections, with opportunities for professional development and networking within the company.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

responsible for infrastructure facilities in the regional care area (district)
ensures safe, punctual, and economical rail traffic
conducts maintenance in the track area
performs facility inspections, evaluates and documents results, and derives follow-up measures if necessary

Anforderungen:

successfully completed university degree in civil engineering or traffic engineering with a focus on construction
alternatively, experienced master craftsman/technician or team leader aiming for qualification as district manager track
ideally possesses functional training as district manager/construction supervisor or willing to acquire it
first professional experience in operational maintenance and leadership experience advantageous
strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and motivation to take on leadership responsibilities
independent and structured way of working, flexibility, and composure in stressful situations
valid class B driver's license and medical fitness
