Jobbeschreibung:

3-year vocational training as Disponent:in / Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (w/m/d) for DB Regio AG and S-Bahn in Munich. The vocational school is also located in Munich.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Familiarization with railway operations and the key role of a dispatcher
Knowledge of travel offers, service and safety services, line networks, transport contracts, and contractual penalties
Basics of customer consultation and care, marketing, and project management
Handling disruptions in operations and initiating appropriate countermeasures
Ensuring minimal impact of deviations in operations and safe, timely arrival of customers even in case of disruptions

Anforderungen:

School completion with at least mittlere Reife
Good knowledge of German language in speech and writing
Ability to remain calm and maintain overview in difficult situations
Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
