We are looking for a Disponent:in Störungsmanagement (dispatcher for fault management) in the technical operations management office (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Waiblingen location.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

receiving fault reports
steering efficient and high-quality fault clearance of track infrastructure
monitoring and coordinating the fault clearance of the entire building control system in Waiblingen
acting as the interface between operation and maintenance
recording reported irregularities in track infrastructure in SAP

Anforderungen:

successful completed technical vocational training
ideally with professional experience as a dispatcher
proficient in using MS Office
ideally familiar with SAP
strong analytical skills
structured and able to maintain an overview in stressful situations
willingness to work shifts (night, weekend, holiday work)
flexibility
