With the training, you will become the coordinator of our trains. To do this, you do not sit in the train, but in a control center (called: "signal box"). We have countless of these all over Germany. Via screens or boards you can observe the trains in your area and via buttons, keys and levers you can also influence the journey of the trains. Because with the push of a button you can set signals (traffic lights for the trains) to green or red and also switch points so that the trains can change tracks. Many other tasks make you the most important team member for the locomotive drivers. You are constantly in contact and exchange information about changes during the journey, for example.
