The job involves developing strategies and concepts for expert knowledge transfer, conducting qualification measures, and ensuring high-quality training for Prüfsachverständige in the field of telecommunications and electrical engineering.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

develop new strategies and uniform concepts for expert knowledge transfer
responsible for content for internal, external, and operational qualification units
support testing and acceptance activities
conduct tutorials
develop standards for qualification
design training programs
ensure nationwide uniform quality of qualification measures
analyze legal changes and improvement proposals
manage stakeholder expectations
risk management
document processes and guidelines

Anforderungen:

successfully completed technical degree (e.g., electrical engineering, telecommunications, signaling technology)
recognized as a Prüfsachverständige:r
knowledge and experience in maintenance, planning, installation, or acceptance of LST systems
solid knowledge in developing and conducting qualification measures
strong methodological and didactic skills
high communication and moderation skills
willingness to take responsibility
ability to maintain an overview of complex topics
high level of self-organization
willingness to travel
