Jobbeschreibung:

3-year apprenticeship as a track builder / civil engineering worker (m/f/d) for the DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at the Freiburg (Breisgau) location. The vocational school is located in Neuburg a. d. Donau. The training workshop is located in Augsburg. In Augsburg and Neuburg, the DB will provide you with a modern dormitory with other trainees.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

You are deployed on construction sites, on railway substructures or superstructures and ensure a safe and stable rail network
Work with state-of-the-art machines and different building materials
You learn how to expertly check, for example, track curves and track gauges with measuring devices
Replacement of damaged tracks and switches as well as renewal of the track bed

Anforderungen:

You have (soon) successfully completed school and have a recognized school-leaving certificate in Germany
Office work is not for you – you prefer to work outdoors
You are committed and reliable
You enjoy teamwork and like to lend a hand
Different work locations and working hours as well as night shifts are a welcome change for you
