Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves technical construction supervision related to waste and pollutant management, application of electronic verification procedures, and creation of documentation for waste disposal. Responsibilities also include excavation and demolition control, monitoring of storage and disposal of construction waste, sampling of soil, gravel and building materials, and evaluation of historical contamination research. The role requires creating investigation and remediation concepts, utilization/disposal concepts, and clarifying disposal routes and cost estimates.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

technical construction supervision of construction measures related to waste and pollutant management
application of electronic verification procedures and creation of documentation for waste disposal
excavation and demolition control, monitoring of storage and disposal of construction waste
sampling of soil, gravel and building materials
evaluation of historical contamination research, laboratory results, etc.
creation of investigation and remediation concepts, utilization/disposal concepts (BoVEK) for soil, old gravel and building materials
clarification of disposal routes and cost estimates

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in environmental/geosciences, geology or comparable training with long-term relevant professional experience
knowledge of relevant state guidelines and manuals for assessing damage cases
proof of expertise according to LAGA PN 98
experience in waste management and disposal
knowledge of electronic waste verification procedures (e.g., Zedal)
confident appearance towards clients and authorities
teamwork and high personal responsibility
secure handling of MS Office
driving license class B
