• coordinating change order tracking, commercial processing, and communication with involved interfaces
• independently conducting change order negotiations with clients
• processing objections and rejections to submitted change order offers
• developing and conducting training measures for project management, construction management, foremen, and supervisors
• supporting bid preparation regarding early-identified change order potentials
• negotiating with subcontractors regarding their change order claims

• successfully completed technical college/university degree in civil engineering or technician with professional experience in construction management, planning, and bid processing
• ideally, experience with operational processes in railways
• proficient with standard software applications like MS Office
• knowledge of relevant norms and regulations for construction services
• resilience, independence, responsibility, teamwork
• good analytical and conceptual skills
• entrepreneurial thinking
• valid Class B driver's license
