The job involves leading teams to ensure the visual identity of IKEA is maintained and enhanced, with responsibilities spanning design, merchandising, and communication within the store environment.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Ensure visual identity of IKEA is implemented
Lead four teams: Interior Design, Visual Merchandising & Activity, Graphic Communication, and Handwerk
Create action, resource, and time plans
Identify business requirements and opportunities
Recruit new team members

Anforderungen:

Design and/or interior architecture background
Extensive experience with layout, store, and graphic design
Several years of leadership experience
Ability to create a trusting and creative work environment
Coaching and motivating skills
Analytical, strategic, and planning competencies
Strong communication and training skills
Ability to communicate in German and English
