The DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH is looking for a Junior Environmental Protection Project Engineer (m/f/d) to support the planning and realization of larger project sections regarding relevant environmental aspects, with a focus on nature and species protection.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

support the planning and realization of larger project sections regarding relevant environmental aspects
focus on nature and species protection
ensure the quality of environmental reports
accompany hearings
check plans for environmental issues
ensure compliance with environmental regulations
assist in processing environmental legal issues
help with expert opinions on contracts and inquiries from internal and external partners
develop scenarios to counteract target risks
participate in tenders
accompany awards in cooperation with the purchasing team and execution

Anforderungen:

successfully completed university degree in biology, geosciences, landscape planning, landscape maintenance or a comparable field
several years of professional experience in a relevant previous job
first practical experience in the preparation of environmental planning documents
knowledge of the legal basis of environmental protection
good communication skills
ability to remain calm in critical moments
