The DB InfraGO AG is looking for a Junior Project Manager for Infrastructure Projects (m/f/d) in Hanau. The role involves ensuring contract-compliant planning and execution of area release measures, representing the company's interests, coordinating with authorities, and managing tenders and contracts. The ideal candidate has a degree in civil or environmental engineering, initial professional experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

ensure contract-compliant planning and execution of area release measures across all HOAI phases while adhering to cost, schedule, and quality targets
represent DB InfraGO AG's interests as the client towards group companies and third parties in the role of project manager
prepare templates for nature conservation authorities and coordinate framework conditions with internal and external stakeholders
create and evaluate tenders and accompany the awarding process in cooperation with procurement
timely review and processing of additions and execution of all required inspections
enforce and ensure all ecological and technical requirements, DIN standards, legal and official regulations, and group-internal guidelines during project execution
prepare applications for plan approvals (plan law/building law according to § 18 AEG) at the Federal Railway Authority with prior involvement of specialist services, municipal authorities, and environmental authorities

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering or comparable field
knowledge of HOAI/AHO and applicable legal regulations
initial professional experience in contract design and negotiation for infrastructure projects
strong result and goal orientation
entrepreneurial thinking and action
willingness for field service
Class B driver's license
health suitability
