The DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH is looking for a calculator (m/f/d) for the OE special and bridge construction at the Hanau location. The tasks include the preparation and creation of offer calculations for construction projects, coordination of the offer preparation, development of schedules, participation in price negotiations, and processing of tender documents. The ideal candidate has a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification, extensive specialist knowledge, and several years of professional experience in the field.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

preparation and creation of offer calculations for construction projects in the field of special and bridge construction
coordination of the offer preparation with internal and external team leaders, construction managers, trades and companies
development of schedules for the temporal and economic construction process taking into account and presenting the required machines, performance equipment, logistical dependencies and the required personnel
active participation in price negotiations, special orders and construction meetings
creation of offer calculations, service descriptions and additional offers
processing, evaluation and examination of tender documents

Anforderungen:

successfully completed technical / university degree as a civil engineer
IHK master or comparable qualification with many years of professional experience as a construction manager, foreman, or calculator
extensive specialist knowledge and several years of practical professional experience in the field of high-rise, civil engineering, road construction, engineering or the calculation of the aforementioned trades as well as the relevant guidelines and regulations
confident handling of calculation software i-TWO and MS Office
pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and networked entrepreneurial thinking
communication skills, confident appearance, assertiveness as well as an engaged, reliable and independent way of working
Class B driver's license
