3-year vocational training to become a Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO AG at Koblenz Hauptbahnhof. School education takes place at Julius-Leber-Schule in Frankfurt (Main). During the training, seminars at DB Training will be attended.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

customer care and advice at DB Information and mobile service at train stations
knowledge of travel offers and service and security services
handling modern communication and sales systems
learning basics of customer consultation and care, marketing, and project management

Anforderungen:

in Germany recognized school diploma
good foreign language skills
customer and service orientation
ability to stay calm and maintain an overview in difficult situations
responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile
