Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for you for the 3-year training as a Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (w/m/d) at DB InfraGO AG at the location Bad Kreuznach. During the training, assignments at the Mainz main station are also possible. The vocational school lessons take place at the Julius-Leber-Schule in Frankfurt (Main). In addition, you will attend seminars at DB Training during your training.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

You take care of and advise our customers at the DB information and in the mobile service of the train stations
Knowledge of travel offers as well as service and safety services
Handling modern communication and sales systems
You acquire important basics of customer advice and care, marketing and project management

Anforderungen:

You have (soon) successfully completed school and have a recognized school-leaving certificate in Germany
Good foreign language skills
Customer and service orientation is important to you
You remain calm and keep an overview even in difficult situations
You are responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile
