3-year vocational training as a Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (w/m/d) at DB Fernverkehr AG in Stuttgart. The vocational school is located in Ludwigsburg.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer care and advice in long-distance trains
Accompanying international train traffic to France
Knowledge of travel offers as well as service and safety services
Learning basics of customer consultation and care, marketing and project management
Handling modern communication and sales systems
Ticket inspection and gastronomic processes as part of the practical training

Anforderungen:

School successfully completed
Good foreign language skills in French and English
Customer and service orientation
Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in difficult situations
Responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile
Willingness to work shifts and overnight stays in other cities

Wünschenswert:

Completed vocational training
Interest in working as a train attendant
