This is a part-time position at IKEA with 27 hours per week, distributed across early, mid, and late shifts from Monday to Saturday. The role includes supporting the customer service department in tasks such as welcoming customers, handling returns, managing goods distribution, and operating cash registers. Verantwortlichkeiten:

Welcoming and informing customers in the entrance area
providing care and supervision in the Småland children’s area
handling returns and back-office tasks according to internal guidelines
controlling and distributing goods at the pickup center
operating the electronic scanner cash register system

Anforderungen:

Experience in retail and/or customer service (preferred)
ability to work in a lively retail environment
friendly nature and strong people skills
passion for IKEA and its products
open to career changers
