Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves leading construction supervision for railway superstructure and structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with contracts, deadlines, and quality standards, and managing contracts and additional agreements. The role requires close cooperation with planning teams, project management, and external contractors, as well as technical support for acceptance and commissioning of functional systems.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Ensuring the contract-compliant realization of construction projects in the area of superstructure/structural engineering
Coordinating the timely completion of construction measures in close cooperation with the planning team, project management, and external contractors
Monitoring costs, deadlines, and agreed quality
Approving invoices and additional agreement checks
Managing contracts and additional agreements
Technical support for acceptance and commissioning of functional systems
Ensuring safe and smooth railway operations during construction (building 'under the rolling wheel')
Compliance with applicable operational and safety regulations

Anforderungen:

Bauingenieur:in or Ingenieur:in in a comparable field
Practical experience in construction projects or construction supervision in the area of superstructure/structural engineering
Knowledge of current legal regulations
Functional training as a construction supervisor for railways
Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid class B driver's license
Unrestricted health suitability
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style
Strong sense of deadlines, costs, and quality
High sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills and teamwork
