• conducting train and shunting operations in regional and S-Bahn traffic
• ensuring passengers reach their destination safely, on time, and comfortably
• handling passenger information
• preparing trains properly
• collaborating with partners in the traffic process
• identifying and resolving disruptions and irregularities

• successful completion of retraining or qualification as a train driver
• possession of a valid EU train driver's license class TFV AB
• completed vocational training as a railway worker in operational service as a train driver and transport or a commercial/technical vocational training is desirable
• unrestricted operational fitness according to European TfV
• willingness to work nights, holidays, and weekends with varying daily working hours
• team skills
• independent and responsible work ethic
• high service orientation and friendly demeanor
• good German language skills (at least B2)
