Jobbeschreibung:

In the 11-month in-house retraining at the training locations Berlin Schöneweide and Ostbahnhof, you will acquire theoretical knowledge and practical experience for deployment as a train driver in the entire network of the S-Bahn Berlin GmbH.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Ensure punctual, safe, and smooth train operations
Proper handling of trains
Customer care
Close and cooperative collaboration with other partners in the transport process
Transmit passenger information securely
Perform special tasks in case of operational disruptions

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of vocational training in a recognized apprenticeship is an advantage
High willingness to work and motivation for technical matters
You consistently base your actions on applicable standards, laws, and regulations
As a solution finder, you think customer-oriented and convince with a confident and reliable demeanor
Willingness to work shifts (night, weekend, holiday work)
Good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form (min. B2 level)
Ideally, you have a car driver's license and preferably your own car and no entries in the driving aptitude register
You are at least 20 years old and your fitness for operational service is confirmed (this will be checked by a company doctor as part of the hiring process)
