Part-time role supporting IKEA Food with a focus on customer service, food quality, and teamwork in a dynamic environment. Opportunities for development and comprehensive benefits provided.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Serve customers in an inviting and considerate manner based on IKEA values
Ensure availability of high-quality food, beverages, and products presented attractively
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment, including accurate price displays
Handle payments and cash transactions at the register
View the food area from the customers’ perspective to meet their needs
Find ways to reduce costs and operate efficiently, e.g., adjusting portion sizes, checking production levels, and updating cooking methods
Adhere to company rules, guidelines, and daily operational procedures concerning quality, food safety, and stock

Anforderungen:

Experience in a customer-oriented environment with high-volume sales, ideally in hospitality or retail
Enjoy interacting with customers, providing excellent service
Physically resilient with ability to perform standing tasks over longer periods
Team player who can also take responsibility for their own work
Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, able to handle pressure and challenging situations
Fluent in German, preferably also in French or English
Flexible, understanding that working hours depend on store opening times
Ideally possesses computer skills, especially in MS Office
