As part of the Employee Bookings & Travel Service team, you will be the point of contact for our colleagues from TUI companies for their own vacation bookings and bring a 'Live happy' to their faces. Teamwork, solution-oriented thinking, and a sense of humor are your strengths? Then we look forward to your support for the next 18 months!

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Advising, booking, and calculating tourist services for employees of various companies, considering individual special regulations and vacation discounts
Professional consultation of B2B and B2C customers via various contact channels
Calculation of vacation discounts and tax-related benefits
Independent prioritization of daily tasks
Participation in projects
Regular work in other areas such as Back Office, SFA & Special Sales

Anforderungen:

Reiseverkehrskaufmann/-frau or comparable experience in tourism
Two years of professional experience in tourism, preferably in interface functions of TUI-D or TUI Group
System knowledge in IRIS.plus/@comRes and MS Office applications
Fluent in German, basic knowledge in English
Independent work style and trustworthy handling of sensitive data
Teamwork skills
