Jobbeschreibung:

This role involves overseeing construction supervision for railway infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with quality, budget, and timelines. It requires leadership of supervisors, personnel planning, training coordination, and enforcement of guidelines.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Ensure steering and quality control of internal and external construction supervision services
perform operational quality checks and secondary checks of proper billing for construction services
ensure quality-, budget-, and schedule-compliant delivery of construction supervision services
manage personnel planning for assigned supervisors
oversee strategic personnel development and succession planning
develop and coordinate training programs
enforce regulatory, governmental, and internal guidelines in project execution
perform tasks related to security monitoring and technical responsibilities.

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed (university of applied sciences) studies in engineering
completed training as a railway construction supervisor
substantial experience as a construction supervisor
experience in leading construction supervisors and project managers
entrepreneurial thinking and inspiring leadership personality
excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
creativity
willingness to take responsibility
coordination skills
communication skills
assertiveness
committed, reliable, and independent work style
driver's license class B
unrestricted health suitability.
