Jobbeschreibung:

Internship in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for DB Fernverkehr AG in Frankfurt am Main. The role involves working on the BahnBonus program, including analysis, strategic development, and customer support. The team meets twice a week in the office.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Gaining comprehensive insights into the product management of the BahnBonus customer loyalty program
Creating and evaluating analyses for the strategic development of the BahnBonus program
Actively participating in the conceptual development and implementation of measures to further develop the BahnBonus program
Supporting projects to increase the attractiveness of the BahnBonus program through analytical and data-driven approaches
Assisting in the development and customer support of the BahnBonus app
Independently creating detailed reports and presentation-ready documents for various target groups
Supporting the organization of team events, workshops, and other events

Anforderungen:

Studying Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable degree with a focus on Marketing, Data Analysis, or Marketing Analytics
First practical experience in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), loyalty programs, or product management
Highly motivated, engaged, and enthusiastic
Team player, creative, and strong communication skills
Ability to quickly understand complex issues and work independently and in a structured manner
