Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves working on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Germany, the Karlsruhe–Basel expansion and new line, which is a key European freight corridor. The role includes project management, coordination, and documentation for complex construction measures in railway infrastructure.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

project management for the planning and construction of complex and exciting construction measures in the field of structural engineering and transport facilities
coordination of the partners involved in the project implementation in both the planning and implementation phases
preparation and evaluation of complex tender and award documents
ensuring IT-supported documentation of all relevant documents
developing countermeasures in the event of a target hazard
special responsibility for sub-areas and limited management and coordination tasks
developing new approaches together with all project participants

Anforderungen:

successfully completed university degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering in the areas of construction/transport, infrastructure or comparable
ideally 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, construction supervision or planning of large-scale railway infrastructure projects or management of railway construction projects
communication skills, team spirit, confident appearance, assertiveness, negotiation skills, coordination skills, committed, reliable and independent way of working
enjoyment of economic and goal-oriented project implementation
flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
ability to keep track of time-critical processes
ability to quickly grasp complex issues and independently process the necessary information
