The job involves planning, execution and documentation of site inspections and data collection of drainage systems, ensuring timely application of operational regulations for flushing and construction measures, controlling and coordinating construction measures and inspections, ensuring compliance with all project-related permits and official requirements, conducting project completion including complete compilation of documentation, and conducting price negotiations with the individual networks in the regional area.

planning, execution and documentation of site inspections and data collection of drainage systems
ensuring timely application of operational regulations for flushing and construction measures
controlling and coordinating construction measures and inspections
ensuring compliance with all project-related permits and official requirements
conducting project completion including complete compilation of documentation
conducting price negotiations with the individual networks in the regional area

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in civil engineering, water management, environmental engineering, hydrology or similar
at least 3 years of professional experience
expertise in water and wastewater management
experience in tendering, awarding, monitoring and billing of services and construction work
several years of practical experience in construction project management or project control
knowledge of complex sewer network structures, wastewater treatment and hydraulic engineering desirable
very good knowledge of HOAI performance phases 1-9
sound knowledge of VOB and VOL
very good knowledge of MS Office package
CAD knowledge and knowledge of sewer databases and GIS software desirable
driving license class B
assertiveness, teamwork and reliability combined with very good communication skills
