The DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung GmbH is looking for a project manager for infrastructure projects (m/f/d) at the Nürnberg location. The role involves planning, implementing, controlling, and realizing complex infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs, and managing all project phases. The candidate should have a technical degree, several years of relevant professional experience, and strong project management skills.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

planning, implementation, control, and realization of complex infrastructure projects
responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs
creation of required planning, approval, and execution documents
execution of construction projects and subsequent commissioning
active promotion of partnership-based interaction with internal and external project participants (active stakeholder management)
result-oriented application of project management methods
creation of project-related reports and statistics
timely project reporting internally and to customers
coaching/mentoring of less experienced project managers
regular reporting of project progress to plant management

Anforderungen:

successfully completed technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering)
several years of relevant professional experience in project management in a technical environment
preferably with a focus on infrastructure and maintenance
very good methodological knowledge in project management in a technical environment
project management training or certification (e.g., GPM, IPMA Level C - B) desirable
strong knowledge of planning, procurement, and contract law
experience with HOAI and dealing with approval authorities desirable
proficient in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, etc.
