At Deutsche Bahn, you will work on exciting infrastructure projects and leave a lasting impact on future generations. This role focuses on managing subprojects in structural engineering, superstructure, and infrastructure, ensuring high-quality results and compliance with regulations.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Lead subprojects of construction projects independently and ensure customer requirements are met
ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence for assigned subprojects focusing on structural engineering, superstructure, and infrastructure in all phases
oversee contract design and cost accounting proactively
act as the main point of contact for project participants, authorities, and firms, ensuring smooth collaboration
manage capacity and resource planning efficiently
address deviations within projects, initiate corrective actions, and verify results
create project reports and contribute to monitoring and documentation

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification with several years of experience in the construction industry
extensive knowledge in the execution of construction projects, especially in structural engineering, superstructure, and infrastructure
familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., VOB, VOL, HOAI, AHO)
expertise in project management and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Project
experience leading project teams and strong communication skills
team player with decision-making ability and negotiation skills
goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work under pressure
high flexibility and willingness for nationwide projects
valid Class B driving license
