Jobbeschreibung:

As a working train conductor, you are responsible for the preparation and execution of shunting and train journeys as part of construction measures. You support train drivers and carry out shunting work in the area of connecting lines and loading points. Carrying out brake tests and wagon inspections are an important part of your daily tasks. Finally, you ensure that deadline and quality specifications as well as applicable accident prevention regulations are reliably and properly observed on the construction site.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

preparation and execution of shunting and train journeys as part of construction measures
supporting train drivers
shunting work in the area of connecting lines and loading points
carrying out brake tests and wagon inspections
ensuring that deadline and quality specifications as well as applicable accident prevention regulations are reliably and properly observed on the construction site

Anforderungen:

successfully completed training as a working train conductor or shunting companion
qualification as a shunting companion and wagon inspector including brake test authorization
willingness to learn to acquire necessary operating authorizations for the corresponding techniques and series
responsibility, reliability, and safety awareness
readiness to work on weekends and at night
valid class B driver's license
