The role involves welding railroad tracks using various techniques, ensuring seamless rail connections, and maintaining documentation such as welding reports. The position includes training opportunities, use of modern equipment, and team collaboration. Verantwortlichkeiten:

Welding railroad tracks and completing seamless rail lines
performing uplift and connection welding tasks such as measuring, grinding, and cutting using various track welding techniques like arc welding, thermit welding, and flame cutting
producing insulated joint connections in tracks
maintaining construction site reports, welding protocols, and incident reports independently
handling all necessary materials, equipment, measurement tools, and vehicles
using high-quality work clothing provided and cleaned by the company

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed training in civil engineering / track construction or metalworking (e.g., as metal builder, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, welding specialist or similar profession)
readiness to acquire qualifications in track welding procedures such as 'BrS', 'OAS', 'ISO MT', 'OEA', 'OEA/MF'
possession of or readiness to acquire Class C1E driving license
openness to training as a forklift driver
teamwork skills and reliability
willingness to work in shifts (night, weekend, holiday work)
enjoyment of working outdoors
