Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves working on large infrastructure projects, including the Karlsruhe–Basel expansion and new construction line, which is one of the largest infrastructure projects in Germany. The role requires managing complex construction and planning contracts, ensuring project quality, and coordinating construction processes.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

monitoring project deadlines and quality
risk assessment
supervision of the transition from design planning to BIM
structuring tenders and accompanying the preparation of tenders
coordinating a structured cross-sectional construction process for upcoming construction measures
submitting necessary applications for construction approvals on time
managing complex construction and/or planning contracts
risk management
ensuring data maintenance in project management systems

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable
several years of experience (min. 3 years) in structural engineering, especially in railway crossings (EKrG)
experience in planning complex infrastructure measures during the construction phase
strong technical understanding
experience in construction organization and operations
knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and VOL
experience with engineering offices and authorities
experience with BIM methods
excellent communication and assertiveness
analytical and conceptual thinking
high sense of responsibility
result-oriented work approach
quick comprehension
high-quality standards
