As a Senior Project Engineer, you are responsible for cost and risk control of planning and construction processes and aggregate the corresponding information and key figures from the individual subprojects at overall section level. You monitor periodic and event-related reporting on project costs, identify, assess and track project risks, and ensure complete and up-to-date project documentation. This also includes checking the plausibility of cost plans, ensuring the timeliness and stability of costs, and maintaining data in project management systems. You coordinate intensively with internal specialist colleagues and external partners and, in collaboration with commercial project management, ensure the proper, timely and budget-compliant use of financial resources.

• successfully completed university degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification with a focus on project management
• several years of professional experience in controlling complex infrastructure projects, ideally in the area of cost control and/or risk management
• confident handling or ability to quickly familiarize oneself with workplace- and project-related IT applications (MS Office, iTWO, SAP)
• high sense of responsibility, quick comprehension, analytical, technical and economic thinking skills

• German language skills at least level C1
